Responsibilities:

  • Run, maintain and improve the service against established Services and Hardware stable
  • Responsible for the availability, performance, change management, monitoring and capacity management of their services
  • Support, Control, Maintain Server such as Active Directory user management, Group Policy, DNS Server, DHCP Server, File Sharing
  • Support, Control, Maintain Server WSUS, Endpoint for update schedule Patch and Windows Security Update both servers and clients
  • Support, Control, Maintain Server Veeam schedule backup and monitoring capacity resource to completely and ready to restore each method
  • Support, Control, Maintain Cloud Server such as Windows Server 2016, ERP, Microsoft Dynamic AX, Database Server
  • Monitoring and Operate Network LAN / WAN / Wireless by Cisco Switch / Access Point, Firewall Fortinet for control VLAN, Access List and Policy Control
  • Monitoring device to connect with Kaspersky Center and run schedule task for scan all devices
  • Monitoring and manage Call Center, CCTV System and UPS
  • Manage email by Office 365
  • Coordinate with all related within App Team, Service Team for support business all functions
  • Manage all projects related to IT Management to align with principle and process of user management within project timeline
  • Troubleshooting and solve problem as logic and standard and get result for fixed long term solution
  • Review annual M/A of all systems included network infrastructure and communicated with vendor for renewal quotation and contract
  • Supervise, coach and develop staff where applicable and lead them to support

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Information & Technology Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Infrastructure field
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and good communication skills and service mind
